JVID视频 solicits and accepts gifts that are consistent with its mission and core values, and that support its core programs, as well as special projects.聽
JVID视频 will not accept gifts that:聽
- Would result in JVID视频 violating its corporate charter;
- Would result in JVID视频 losing its status as an IRS 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization;
- Are too difficult or too expensive to administer in relation to their value;
- Would result in any unacceptable consequences for JVID视频; or
- Are for purposes outside JVID视频鈥� mission.聽
Donations and other forms of support will generally be accepted from individuals, partnerships, corporations, foundations, government agencies, or other entities subject to the considerations above.
Gifts requiring review include:
- Gifts of securities that are subject to restrictions or buy-sell agreements.
- Documents naming JVID视频 as trustee or requiring JVID视频 to act in any fiduciary capacity.
- Gifts requiring JVID视频 to assume financial or other obligations.
- Transactions with potential conflicts of interest.
- Gifts of property which may be subject to environmental or other regulatory restrictions.
Decisions on the restrictive nature of a gift, and its acceptance or refusal, shall be made by the Executive Committee of the Board in consultation with the CEO.
