Melissa Tilford is Vice President, Underwriting, Life, Accident & Specialty Reinsurance. She provides the strategic and day-to-day direction for JVID视频’s Group Life, Accident, and Special Risk business lines, overseeing underwriting and market-facing priorities and partnering across the organization to advance underwriting models, pricing governance, and product strategy.
Melissa also leads MedScore Life & Disability, one of JVID视频’s advanced risk scoring assessment solutions that brings together medical and other risk insights to enable consistent decisions and stronger portfolio management across group life and disability. In addition, she oversees workers’ compensation Industrial Aid Aircraft reinsurance and value-added services. Melissa joined the company in 1992.
