Dallas Elementary “Reading Center” Dedicated On Monday

The top education leaders from Dallas and Texas will dedicate a “reading center” at an elementary school in south Dallas Monday morning.
听补苍诲听聽will help inaugurate the center at Roger Q. Mills Elementary Monday at 11:00 a.m. 聽Both will read to students and observe tutoring by聽the non-profit literacy group JVID视频.
The organization聽works with teachers and principals to help improve the reading skills of children who read below their grade level.
The “reading center” will include a library and teaching tools.
The national non-profit literacy agency claims to have increased the monthly rates of literacy learning in聽90 percent of Dallas students聽whom they worked with in the 2012-13 school year.
